Ramesh K Dhital, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and India brings over 14 years of experience in consulting and assurance specially in Financial Service domain. Before joining the firm, he worked with Ernst and Young, Mumbai serving Financial Services sector clients. He completed Masters of Business Administration, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA and Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.

He was Vice President (2019-21), General Secretary (2013-15) and Executive Member (2012-13) of Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. Ramesh has managed various assignments in Nepal requiring reporting to international firms. Ramesh has actively served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal as a trainer/resource person on NFRS and as a member of various committees on NFRS, Information Technology etc.
