Sunir K Dhungel competed MBA from Tribhuwan University and Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a Qualified Accountant of The Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA), London. He brings over 26 years of experience in consulting, assurance, and tax advisory services in various governmental agencies, private sector companies, and donor funded.
He is the Chairman of the Accounting Standard Board Nepal and Accounting Technician Board Nepal. He served as President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal in 2010/11. He is past chairman of the Auditing Standards Board (2014-2017) and past chairman of Peer Review Board Nepal (2012-2016). He was also a member of the Committee on Professional Ethics and Independence of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) during 2016 – 2018. He served as a member of the Committee for Improvement in Transparency, Accountability, and Governance (ITAG) of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) during 2009-2016.
Aman Uprety, fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Nepal brings with him professional experience of more than 16 years in business advisory, strategic planning, due diligence and business valuation, risk management, transaction services, and assurance services, capacity building and startup consulting in different public, private sectors companies and international agencies. He also holds Masters’ Degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. He also has certificate in business valuation from ACCA, UK.
He is the current Council Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and the Chairman of Standard Implementation and Review Committee of ICAN for Year 2024/25. He also served as the member of Standard Implementation Committee of Accounting Standards Board of Nepal in the year 2022-24.He also served as the treasurer of Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) in the year 2011/12.
Ramesh K Dhital, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal and India brings over 15 years of experience in consulting and assurance specially in Financial Service domain. Before joining the firm, he worked with Ernst and Young, Mumbai serving Financial Services sector clients. He completed Masters of Business Administration, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA and Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
He was Vice President (2019-21), General Secretary (2013-15) and Executive Member (2012-13) of Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. Ramesh has managed various assignments in Nepal requiring reporting to international firms. Ramesh has actively served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal as a trainer/resource person on NFRS and as a member of various committees on NFRS, Information Technology etc.
Sunil Adhikari, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal has over 13 years of experience in consulting and assurance specially in Banking Financial Service Sector domain.
He has over 13 years’ experience in internal and external audit of banking and financial service sector entities, audit of development sector entities, including bilateral or multilateral donor funded projects and INGOs assessing internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. He also has experience in due diligence assignments. He has successfully led and managed audit engagements ensuring value addition to the organizations in terms of strengthening governance and operational efficiency.
Isha Shrestha, associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Nepal brings with her professional experience of more than 13 years in taxation services, accounting and outsourcing services, internal audit, and assurance services. She also holds B.Com (H) Degree from Delhi University.
She brings relevant experience to the role in taxation advisory, foreign investment consulting, accounting/outsourcing services, internal audit of insurance sectors, due diligence and business valuation, deal structuring and startup consulting in different public, private sectors companies and international agencies. In addition, she has helped companies develop and implement domestic and international tax planning and compliance strategies. Isha has managed various assignments in Nepal requiring reporting to international firms. She is the member of Fiscal Taxation and Research Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal for 2024/25.
Suyogya Bhandari, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India brings over 13 years of experience in consulting and assurance specially in Financial Service domain including Information System (IS) Audit, Risk Advisory and Due Diligence. He also possesses the expertise in consulting and assurance service in Telecom.
He has also worked with Nexia International, Bahrain serving Financial Services sector clients. He has completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAN /ICAI. He has been involved in IS Audit of various public and private sector undertaking including banks over the period catering different IT Services such as IT Security, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity and IT Infrastructure. He has also been involved in framing security policies in different organizations including public sector bank.

Sammi Pudasaini, an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant India has over 10 years of experience, she specializes in internal audit, statutory audit, other assurance and advisory services. and holds a B.Com degree from the University of Madras.
